"Making Me Laugh"

We always have a good laugh at our house, Hanna, Gracie come up with the funniest things to say or do as all kids do. But I also have a Teenager and a Husband that go hand in hand with the two little ones.

Hanna on the third day of school REFUSED to eat school lunch and had to have a lunch from home. The lunch ladies were making "pigs in a blanket" I tried to explain that they were hot dogs in a bun. She did not understand me and could not figure out how they would catch so many pigs, roll them up and feed them to the young children, let alone how that could even be healthy. She was not even going to try that. She stated they need a new cookbook with new names of things to cook. After a half hour of explaining this she just walked out the door on to the bus and off to school. When she got home, and seen the pigs in a blanket, she thought they were pretty cool, though she still thinks they need a new name.

Gracie thinks she just needs to go to school and sit by Shelby at her desk. She will be very reverent. She just wants to be with her big sister. She is not wanting to be left alone without her big sisters. She is having a hard time alone at home.

WE went up the canyon and took some pictures of the girls, we found a old outhouse and had the girls take a picture by it. Trying to explain to Hanna that, that was how they use to have to go to the bathroom in the olden days she looked at me and said I thought we were poor.

My Family

I have 3 beautiful, active, busy, outgoing daughters, and a very hardworking, quiet, (well in public) passionate about the farm husband. We love life, and we love to be doing things. We are always on the go. We just started school on the 19th and I think I am having the hardest time with it this year. I have a Senior and a First Grader. I am not liking this at all. My little 2 year old is not liking being home alone and watching her sister get on the bus and driving away. Then we have to take her to the babysitter all alone and she is wondering why big sister Hanna is not coming with her. Shelby is getting ready for her last year on the Spardettes Drill Team and I am trying to figure out how I can keep her here and not let her leave and go to college. It is not going to work but I can keep dreaming. While dad just gets up every moring and goes to work, comes home and off to the farm he goes and then comes home at dark and then starts his day over the same way. The girls and I run all over the state while dad just keeps in touch on the cell phone and when he comes on off the farm we tell him what we have been doing. This is pretty much the life we live. Even though alot of people think we are crazy for running so much and hardly stopping, we would'nt know what do if weren't always so busy.
